Cleopatra Veloutsou

Cleopatra Veloutsouxou is Professor of Brand Management at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. She is Visiting Professor at the University of Bari (Italy), University of Bergamo (Italy), President University (Indonesia), Hellenic Open University (Greece) and University of Coimbra (Portugal). She is also the Head of the Marketing Research Unit of the Athens Institute of Education and Research (ATINER). She holds an MBA and a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Her main research interests include Brand Management, focusing mainly on brand management structure and brand support in general. She has also researched Marketing Relationships and Marketing Communication. He has published about 60 papers in international journals such as Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, International Business Review, International Journal of Advertising, International Marketing Review, Journal of Brand Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Product & Brand Management. He has presented more than 100 papers in international academic conferences. Her publications have received numerous awards and she has participated in funded research.

Ms Veloutsou is co-editor of the Journal of Product and Brand Management (since 2014), and Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Research (since 2019). She is also a member of editorial boards of the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Brand Management and Services Theory and Practice. She has participated as guest editor in several journals. Finally, he has served as Conference Chair and as a member of the Organizing Committee of several international academic conferences in Marketing and Brand Management.
