Panagiotis Gkorezis is an Assistant Professor in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a bachelor degree from the department of Economics in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a master degree from Lancaster University in Human Resource Management. He also holds a ph.d. in human resource management and organizational behavior from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His main research interests focus on overqualification, leadership, gamification, high-performance work practices. He has published several papers in various academic journals such as Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Human Performance, The International Journal of Human Resource Management.
