The present module describes the core tenets of both human resource management and organizational behavior. Important issues that relate to internal marketing and promote an effective organizational functioning and a customer-centric approach are highlighted and analyzed in the specific module.
The objectives of the module are to provide students with important insights into human resource management policies/practices and principles of organizational behavior which will facilitate organizations’ strategic marketing goals and outcomes.
