Rodoula H. Tsiotsou (Florida State University, Ph.D.) is currently Professor of Services Marketing at the Department of Business Administration, University of Macedonia, Greece. She is the founder and Director of the Marketing Laboratory MARLAB at the University of Macedonia. She is Associate Editor for the Journal of Services Marketing and the International Journal of Consumer Studies while she serves at the editorial boards of the Service Industries Journal, Services Marketing Quarterly, the International Review on Public and Nonprofit Marketing, and Central European Business Review. She has published more than 100 scientific publications in a variety of international scientific journals and conference proceedings such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Management, International Journal of Advertising, Computers in Human Behavior, The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Marketing Communications, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, and Journal of Sport Management.

Professor Tsiotsou is ranked in the Top 2% of Scientists in the World based on the Science-wide Author Database developed by Elsevier and Stanford University. She is the author of the book “Sport Marketing” (2020, Broken Hill – in Greek), and the co-author of the books “Services Marketing: Management, Strategies and New Technologies” (2016, Broken Hill – in Greek, with Prof. G. Avlonitis and S. Gounaris) and “Strategic Marketing in Tourism Services” (2012, Emerald – in English, with Prof. Ronald Goldsmith). Her research interests include services marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and nonprofit marketing.
